			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Finding great Arabic food in Seattle turned out to be a harder task that I had anticipated. In the past 4 years that I have lived in the area, most of the shawarmas turned out to be nothing more than rebadged gyros.</p>
<p>Then someone clued me on to Garlic Crush in Bellevue. The 2 guys who run the place have lived in the Persian Gulf countries and know the &#8216;khaleeji style&#8217; of making shawarmas.</p>
<p>I recommend the beef shawarma combo. The fries with pepper and salt go great with the shawarma and don&#8217;t forget to get some pickled turnips as well <img src='http://www.dvnull.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
